Jacuzzi

Been doing many house improvement lately, well or better be termed as path to complete house reno. This is because from the start, me and my ex both truly like to add personal touch around house, and also to save on bucks, so there are many area which needed works. However, with the ending of the relationship, there are lots of hardware thing I am not good at, such at drilling hole. I roughly have an idea on how to do it and of course I'd did it, but still I am not good at it, meaning maybe the bolt could be fasten nicely, perfectly, or deeply enough, as I do not have the strength to sometimes go pass the bits of hard cement (sometimes, when the contractor mixed the cement with sand, they did not mixed throughly, thus maybe got some cement bits which is truly hard as compared with mixture of sand-cement). One can see the colour so easily as you drill. The cement powder is blacken/dark grey, while the latter one is kinda light grey.

My only hardware acoomplishment after him is I'd fixed the suspension between bedroom and closet, well because I found way to fix the bolt which had dis-engage from the wall. Everyone (my ex, and many harware shop guys, renovator, etc) told me I had to close the existing hole, then re-drill a new set of hole, or change position. Well, think outta the box abit la......well..alas I did it my way, and the thing hanging nicely. Hmm...my ex also quite surprised when he visited me, found out I did this and the kitchen thingy, and also, changing the bedroom lightbulb. Well, the room ceiling is kinda high la, so i always told him i dunno how to put on.....hehe....an excuse la to be lazy...well....who dunno how to change bulb right...:P

So, today replace the broken ventilator in my master bedroom, cost me 360, well....aire gard unit 280 + labour 80. Tonight gonna clean my bathroom again, as the contractor extend the existing hole on plaster ceiling, so is a mess on the floor and wall. My previous unit much more modern, but well...the casing made of plastic, so overheat, melted la. This new one also modern look, but not as futuristic as my previous one (by cata). But this one everything is metal, so overheat would be most unlikely!

Ohh...about jacuzzi, well been ding ding dong dong in my head for this past weeks. Still thinking which type to take. The long bath type or the corner type. Now got one shaped like whale corner with waterfall feature....on promo. Initial is 13-16k, now is 8-9.5k....well this is the range which i found out after comparing few shop. This one is cool looking.....but its a 2008 model, so guess if got problem they already solved it. Also, need to get water heater tank (another 1k plus), so everything is just spending money! I keep reasoning with myself. If I go for holiday, it will be for 1-2 week ya, but if I buy this thing, I could have a mini holiday spa every now and then. Although I dunno how long I would stay in this house, but if I doesn't move out for the next 5 years, it's still worth it if you divide 10k for 5 years, it's be like rm 2k per year. Most ppl already spend this amount on gym membership, or 1-2 course of facial treatment.

Well, lets worry this later. Still got plenty of time to re-evaluate my would-be decision.
